答案是d 但是c中not ..or也同样表达不是而是地意思，they被省略可以理解成因为和主句主语一样，但为什么不选c呢

            

这道题的官方答案D违反了一个以往惯用的原则，同一个代词不能指代不同的事物。they,them,their都属于同一个代词。

而D的they 指代 schools, them指代 computers...

这样，又一个在GWD和OG里通用的原则被丢弃了。

同问。我的疑问是为什么不选A呢？

既然楼上已经说到了be likely to是习惯用法，那么are必须要出现，所以只能在C,D,E中选。

另外，nor的意思是“也不”。如果两个谓语动词一致，那么可用not...or...， 如果不一致，需要在第二个动词处用nor。所以在D，E中间选。而E中，nor与not重复，错。

总的来说就是nor的前后是clause,而not ....or ,或者no....or的前后的名词短语.形容词等。
