问题L：这题选B，其他选项都有问题，但我不明白的是这里“which"指代的是一种状态，但好象说“which"只能指代具体名词。----已经遇到好几次这个问题了。

2)Of the top-grossing films of the 1980s, only a few, having a compliance with MPAA standards, could be seen by children without parental guidence.
B)of the top-grossing films of the 1980s, only a few, having a compliance with MPAA standards, which complied with MPAA standards
问题：选B，我想问如果A中将“having a compliance with" 改为“having”可以选吗？

3)能告诉我一下potential的用法吗？

1、我也觉得用which不太合适，改成leaving更好些，但从by....rather than by...以及loss or destruction的要求平行来看，只有选B了；

2、不能用having，现在分词表示重复性动作，而complied只是暂时性的，而且即使改也是complying;

3、potential :adj. 潜在的；means possible; 也可作名词，指某人的潜力；
