我的疑问是关于D选项的这句句子：
Included in the pioneer journalist Nellie Bly's exploits are circling the globe faster than Jules Verne's fictional Phileas Fogg.

这句话是错的，毋庸置疑，如OG中所说的时态的问题

问题(1):想确认这句话是不是倒转？
         本来总觉得are应该是is，查阅了一下发现没有这样形式的倒装。。。
所以也就有了问题(2): 如果不是倒装，要使得这句话成立就必须：
                              有人就把句子理解成立这样：
                              Included in the pioneer /////journalist Nellie Bly's exploits are circling the globe faster than Jules Verne's fictional Phileas Fogg.
                              可是OG又说：Piling on too many descriptive wordsfor the noun exploits [thepioneerjournalist Nellie Bly's exploits] makes the phrase                unwieldy and awkward.

所以总结问题：这句话的错误是仅仅在于时态的问题，还是句子本生就是个fragement？？？
