答案是B； 可是我第一反应是good growing conditions前面要有supply，因为supply of water and (supply) of good growing conditions看起来更统一，大家怎么看？
combination 的是reliable supply of water 和 good growing conditions 两个不同条件，结构是平行的。 如果要把supply of 加上去的话 整个句子 是 combination of a reliable supply of water and OF good growing conditions. 这个 OF 是不是显得这个句子特别的绕，不够清晰，存不存在ambiguous 的问题呢？
看原句 reliable 对应 good ，supply of water 对应 growing condition 是很平行啊~
