求帮忙解释下D选项的语法结构，以及A的错误点吧~

A和D又明显的不同，A选项的which指代前面的sediments，所以逗号后面的这句话就是B sea sediments are consisitent with the growth of industrial activity there. D选项是个同位语从句，findings是指代的large concentration,注意这句话的核心词是of 前面的名词，即large concentration而不是B海的沉淀物。所以这句话想要表明的是科学家发现的这种large concentration和在这个地区的工业成长是一致的，而不是b 海的沉淀物和工业成长一致

是我要排除选项的话，我可能直接focus到后面的there,感觉there 没有in the area指代清晰，所以肯定秒排A
