since 1986 enrollments of African Amercians, american indians, and hspanic amercians in fulltime engineering programs in the united states (has steadily increased, while the number of other students who enter the field has fallen)

d. have steadily increased, while the number of other students entering the fiield has fallen.

e. have steadily increased, while that of other students who enter the field fell.

e有两个缺点：
1。that指代不清，
2。时态，while引导的并列成分，时态应该一致。
