OG 13 SC7的一个疑问【求问大神】

已经是第四次过OG了，发现还是有一些问题有迷惑之处。

以OG13第七题为例

The intricate structure of the compound insect eye,
having hundreds of miniature eves called ommatidia.

OG的解释中，说道A和B的，having 会misleading 是structure 有 hundreds of miniature eyes
而正确答案E中说道的with xx 的结构是refers to the compound insect eye

但是，在Prep 的笔记中我记得提到的是with 的独立主格是表伴随，修饰上句中的独立关系。E中的with是独立主格吗？如果是，按照OG上的解释修饰的是前句的最后？是做定语？

另外AB怎么就能看出来having是修饰到structure呢？

兄弟，我今天也是重新刷OG的时候看到了这道题，我感觉我对知识点的了解实在是太少了！不过在我一个半小时的坚持不懈下，我希望我的解答能够帮助到你！

with的用法是有两种的，一种是你说到的独立主格，常用句首句尾，与主语有密切关系；另外一种是作为介宾结构，用来修饰名词。这道题目用的就是第二种用法。
其实你把第一种用法放进去就会看到有疑惑：怎么可能是一个复杂的结构会是有上百的眼睛叫OMMATIDIA？

至于having为什么会修饰到structure，那是因为
COMMA+V-ing 结构是对主句动词的一种补充，一种修饰，一种延展
一般要求动作的发出者和主句的subject是相同的。这里很显然，无论是structure or eye 当 COMMA+V-ing 结构的逻辑主语都很怪，因为具有miniature eyes是一种状态，而不一种动作，have表达的动作是从无到有的，insect的miniature eyes是天生的，不存在从无到有这个动作。
