Nowadays,people spend more time in driving due to the traffic jam.This problem arouse more and more attention.Citizens ask the government to invest more money in building more roads to solve this problem.However,at the same time,some people request our goverment to make an investment in internet.As far as I am concerned,I think our goverment should spend more money to let more people have access to the internet.
To begin with,internet can provide us with a very good platform for communication.On the one hand,with the development of internet,we can share our every happy and sad moment with our parents and friends easily,no matter how far we are,through MSN and even through facetime that we can see each other.It is really beneficial for those people who go abroad.On the other hand,with advanced internet platform,we can share our ideas online.For example,there are many different forum online that contain lots of active user,so we can communicate with the people who we even do not know.It can help us make numerous friends.
Furthermore,internet can broaden our horizon.As we know,internet contain varied kinds of information.We can just opend a website,such as google,and type some key words,the information we need will appear to the screen.Expecially for student,it really a convenient funtion.Last time,my professor ask me to search some informations about ancient Maya civilization.I search for all the book in the library,but I can find nothing.The information about this ancient culture really have a long time history.However,I just type in “Maya” on the website,thousands of informations are listed on the screen.Therefore,internet can help us study freely in the sea of knowledge and broaden our horizon,
Last but not least,internet can bring us a more convenient life.Nowadays,we can just sit at home and open the website like Amazon to seach for the merchant we need.The commodity we buy will be sent to our home as soon as possible.What is more,the price of merchants are cheap than shop because they do not have to pay for the rent and the labor fee.For instance,last time I want to buy a beautiful T-shirt priced 998 Yuan,which is too expensive for me to afford it.So I went home and search it on Amazon,it only take me 300 Yuan.I order it immediately and it sent to my home after tIt also can reduse the timeswo days.So,within a advanced internet,we can reduce the times we go out,so that we can eliminate the traffic jam.
In sum,the benefits of internet are outweigh the improvement of traffic.We can have access to the bigger world through internet.So I strongly recommand our goverment to invest more in the internet. |
