关于as的用法有个问题

问：as分句是啥意思？into是从哪到哪啊？as后面的it指代啥？
Speech is quick enough to be efficient but slow enough to focus your mind on the words as they're written. 这句话又是什么意思？这句话是紧接着上面那句话的。所以我想问哪来的speech啊...然后就是这个句子里面的as又是什么用法

as作为连词，在这引导的原因状语从句。

我觉得这里的as作连词引导原因，这里明显省略了主语，但是形式上主语应该是a law，但是逻辑上面是330，我是这么想的。
