求问og verbal分册关于助动词补出问题和形容词副词修饰问题

请问D选项除了and前后不平行，我不理解og解释的 do必须省略，为什么呢不能按照助动词补出理解do呢？

看到一个NN的回复：
考点如下：
1，平行结构，AND前后时态应该一致，除非有明显的时间状语，exercise and associate时态一致
2，条件状语并不拘泥于主将从现，主现从现也可以。LZ不要生搬硬套语法点，这是SC的大忌，一切以句意为重
3，还是平行，主句中的平行，they require less medication and gain ，只有E满足前后时态一致。B,C中的过去/完成AND将来都是经典错误
4，那个DO，补还是省略不重要，当然补出来更好，如果你最后的两个选项只有这一个DO的差别，才会有用

这个也是别人的解释：
recent是adj.修饰extended sales slump；recently是adv.修饰extended。在意思上有一些区别，前一个是：（最近的）（扩大的销售下滑），后一个是（最近扩大的）（销售下滑），原句意思正确遵从原意吧，真要说这两哪个意思logical我觉得不好判断啊……不过还好有时态的绝对错误可以判断~~~
