想求解  more  than 位置的变化,语义有不同吗? 我读不出来啊,这个more必须要跟在比较词后面吗

B.表达的意思是今年，refiner每一桶要给$5比去年高。隐含的意思是去年可能每桶只用小于5美金的就可以，比如：4美金一桶
A中的意思是今年每一桶比去年多付5美金。两年的具体价格是不知道的，只知道相对的价格。

你的疑问是什么？A本身还是其他选项
除了A，其他都有些很严重的错误；
B的问题在于over, 两者比较不能用over
