应该不会有人比我晚了。。。本来不想申了，但是看到最后截止是11.15，申请费还没有就试试看。。。
我真的是压着最后的deadline。。。纸质的要下周邮寄，跟那边说好先审核电子版的。。哎。。。
Q1(30s准备30s说）：what is the best way to choose a team leader?
Q2(60s准备60s说）：Imaginethat you make a major mistake in your work that costs your company tens ofthousands of dollars. Nobody knows that it was your mistake that contributed tothe situation and the lost revenue. How would you handle it?
Q3(30s准备45s说）：Whatwould you do if the expectations of your job, for example, extremely longhours, were having a severe negative impact on your personal relationships?

Q3没说完。。。不知道要不要紧。。。。

Queens 的效率真的很高，我刚提交好video essays不到3个小时就通知我面试了，两个人同时面试我。。。Director, Mr. Shai Dubey and Career Coach, Mr. Josh Campbell。。。有人是两个人一起面试的吗？求面试经验啊！

Q2(60s准备60s说）：tell me about the time that you received very short notice of change on your plan, how did you adjust to it?
Q3(30s准备45s说: 描述你同学觉得你challenge的地方时什么？
