曼哈顿的解释是：This choice corrects the relative pronoun error by replacing "which has resulted" with "resulting." Moreover, "favors" agrees with "a political climate that..."

我的疑问是：划线部分的that从句不是应该整体修饰 a political climate吗？这样的话为什么favors要和a political climate保持一致？这句话应该怎么理解啊？

that some analysts claim是修饰语

要是换成that some analysts believe你就能从语法上理解这个修饰语了
a political climate是单数，后面动词用三单favors

那如果把这个插入语去掉，这个句子就变成了
resulting in a political climate favors management.
这里的favors为什么不用ing形式啊？不好意思，这个句子的结构我好像还是没弄太清楚。。。

这个that是连接定语从句，换成正常语序是：
1.resulting in a polical climate
2. some analysts claim (that) a polical climate favors management.
组合成定语从句that代替了a polical climate, 从句中省略。
