1. you can always try. but it really depends on the school. From what I know, many of the top schools are having exceptionally high yield this year, and presumely they are less willing to grant you an extension when there is a long line of good candidates waiting. I tried and so did two of my friends, none of us succeeded. Then again, it could just be our schools.
2. no, requesting an extension won't cost you the scholarship if it's already awarded to you.
3. if you pay the deposit now, and later on decide not to attend, you lose the deposit. I don't know what 不良影响 you are refering to. Others may have better opinions.
