LZ，C和D都属于强调句式，it 在这里是形式主语，指代that从句。具体细节请去仔细研究名词性从句。C的错误在于that后面的it根本无所指代。

it作形式主语在句首，that主语从句放句末的形式，这种主语从句形式为强调句式。

C还有个错误啊。 who的定语从句一下子把educators的范围缩小了，改变了原句意思
