答案是D，做是做对了。
但是我觉得，provides前面应该有个that，不应该被省略
所以我差点因为这个排除了D选项，就是看了前后几个错误更明显才选这个的。
基于什么理由这里的that可以省略呢？我的理解中gamt里面，并列结构的定语从句的that都不能省略。

不需that,因为没有被分割，所以and里所应当是从句内的。
