如果是sales of the company’s ，说公司的销售，那就错了 但这里是sales of the company’s powerful microprocessor chip，说的是公司的chip的销售，对的

of + 所有格不是错误的，是双重所有格。双重所有格和单独的所有格的意思不同。 a friend of my father 我爸爸的朋友 a friend of my father's 我爸爸的朋友中的一个 薄冰语法中一个很好的例子，可以说明这两种用法的不同： -Who said so? -A friend of your father's. -If he said such things, he is not a friend of my father.
