about financial affidavit

School still requires financial affidavit, though I'm in US. I have 2 questions about how to fill out it properly.

1. Form 1---sources of financial support, which is the basis for consideration of financial aid. Items include 1st year, 2nd year, personal, parents&others. How much amount is proper for each item, not too much for getting financial aid while not too little for sufficient application?

2. Form 2--financial affidavit, including savings amount of serveral parties. How much do I need to fill them out, in condition that I dont have the visa problem?
