In today’s world, it is more important to work quickly and risk making mistakes than to work slowly and make sure that everything is correct. Agree or Disagree

In the present age, along with the rapidly growth of modern science and technology, the world is becoming smaller and smaller, and the total number of matters that we need to cope with each day is becoming far more than in the past. Thus, there is a increasing support for the opinion that people should work quickly even if risking some mistakes. However, quiet a few people still believe that work slow and make sure is the essential way to deal with the affairs. In my opinion, I prefer to agree with the latter one and my reasons are as following.

Obviously, no matter in life or work, moving to a high speed always push us toward a life teemed with pressure, which could exert the negative effect on our health directly. Our body is kind of precise machine, if you put it under a over utilization, it could be get some hurts. For instance, one of my friends, named Jack, finished his school paper, which required accomplish in three days, just with one whole night. And however, he had to review the paper due to a plenty of mistake, more worse, with a fever. This overloading work just bring him the sickness. As I say, given the importance of health, it is beneficial to work with a slow pace.

In some special domains, additional, the mistakes arising form the work are seem to be unforgivable. The doctors, it is thought, are the persons who engage in the honorable and accurate job. The error they made in their work may cause the horrible consequence to the patients. It is must be the accident that a doctor leaved a medical tool in the patient’s body, just because she/he want to finish this surgery quickly. Thus, the basic rule for them is work with a strict attitude.

May be, one of the reason why people work so quickly is willing to lower the consumption of time. It is , however, just against the original willing due to the mistakes they made when they speed up the work paces. The time to correct the mistakes probably more than the time to finish the jobs slowly and cautiously. Naturally, the efficiency of people who work cautiously actually far higher than the people who work quickly but make more mistakes.

From what has been discussed above, we may safely draw the conclusion that although work quickly is original from the good willing, actually it makes things worser. Thus, it is essential for the characters to put the the job under a smoothly, carefully pace.

Social ideology,it is thought, is unique and various to each of us. And its formation over the level of our understand. Once you plant a seed in one person’s process of constructing inner life, like forming the world views, setting up own philosophy and erecting the social views, you might never know what is the outcome, may be great, or horrible. Thus, I’m completely favor of the opinion that classroom is never a good place for teachers to express their own views about society or policies.

Obviously, students mental is pliable and suspectable, so the people whom they respect for can bring about the tremendous effects on their world viewpoint directly, which seems more easier for teachers. The students may understand their teachers’ views incorrectly, or may be obsessed in them. Any of them may cause terrified results, especially as the views made by a teacher who not satisfy with the whole society because of low salary or something. We can easily see the fact for the story. Back to the 1967, the students in Cubberley high school obtained an unique experience from their teacher, Ron Jones. It is a trial for estimating the attraction of Fascismo. And as a result, the teacher successfully transformed his students form the normal citizens to the racial fascists just in several weeks. The influence from teachers on the children is too complicated to estimate.

Additionally, bringing the personal idea about society or political to the classroom, the teachers exactly exert a negative effect on partial students in his class. No doubt, there always exist a part of students who disagree with teachers, even sick of their opinion.Then, as time progressed, they may not tend to have a favorable attitude to the class content gradually. Eventually, they definitely disgust about the class, which may deeply influence the knowledge they draw for the class, even bring them the far-reaching effect in the future.

What’s more, due to the private conversation, the actually time for conveying knowledge to students is sharply decline. The basic requirement of teachers is that provide children a diversity-direction view of nature and science, some foundation courses, such as math and philosophy, and a objective manner. Take a glance of my friend, Jack Wang, she constantly complain me about her logic teacher, who spent the majority of class time on his feelings about school or society. The students in her class had to study the knowledge missed on the class after school. And also, it seems more arduous for students to pay attention on the real knowledge on the class when the teacher just talked about his/her social views ceaselessly.

In conclusion, teachers are suppose to advocate the individuals to feel more intellectually involved in the social or political matters. Rather than forcing them to learn some personal opinion, it is better to students to build their own personality with an objective manner. Thus, as for me, I uttermost convince that teachers should not equip students with their views on the class.

TPO 22：Compared with studying hard in school, the ability to relate well to person is more essential in one’s future job. Agree or Disagree?

It is difficult for me to accept the concept that the importance of interpersonal skills outweigh the importance of hard working in one’s school period. Each of us crave to success in society and stand in a high social state, however, students seem live under a illusion that the better your ability of relating with persons, the more possible you could realize the success in future jobs. As for me, I prefer to equate the importance of interpersonal skill with hard working in school. Both of them play an essential role in our future careers.

Obviously, the sturdy foundation of people’s major subjects is the key for them to achieve the goal, obtaining a well-paid job and rising high in social position. The skillful professional proficiency will win the leader’s appreciate, which may exert a positive effect on one’s career. Hence, people is oppose to study hard so that build up a strong underpinning to impulse himself/herself to success in jobs.

Furthermore, the skillful professional proficiency resulting from hard working in school may speed up the velocity of coping with matters in job, therefore, people who liberated from the complicated work will attain more time to spend on the process of weaving relationship net. In the contrary, if you can not handle the business in career, you will not have extra time to displace your great interpersonal skill. Take a glance of my friend, Jack Wang, she complain me that she never launch a communication with her boos over five minutes due to the tremendous of work she have to deal with every day. And she concern about her boss could not know how excellent she is if they do not chatting. Saving time from the daily job and interacting with leaders seem impulse the development of one’s career and society state.

The capacity of relate well to persons, nevertheless, put one in a favorable position in his/her future job. Over study in campus is bad for students. Sometimes, anticipating parties or having delicious dinner with friends is great choice in school life. Practicing interpersonal capacity can provide person a amount of opportunities to enable them get along with their job in the future. For instance, Yue Fei, a famous person in our history, is a general of Song dynasty and prevent the empire from the other nation’s inversion. In spite of his excellent performance in army, he finally be killed by the King because of his conceited and bad relationship with other collages, especially with the King. Thus, a good ability of making friends with people is as same importance as knowledge in one’s whole career life.

In conclusion, both of international skill and hard working are critical to people’s job in school. So, students not only have adequately prepared of fundamental knowledge, but sufficient prepared of getting along with others as well.
