请教符号的用法

不知道大家有没总结过的OG中符号的用法，我有两个符号的用法不太明白

1，是破折号的用法，如

请问：是不是破折号只有列举的意思？？是不是列举不能是整句？？

2，请问“：”冒号的用法：

破折号作用：插入、解释、补充说明。

冒号：解释、补充说明前面主句内容。

两者后面都可以是整句。相当于从句。
