不能把others suggest和前面的by attempting to 对应，而应该和前面的propose to对应，所以A，B错。

suggest 。。。to do。。。应该是常见的搭配，C错

E中reducing前省略了by，就是前面你想比较的by attempting to ，所以D错，当然了，后面的are calling也可以是call什么的，无所谓了，但是绝对不能是by calling，因为这里的call是要和propose，suggest对应的。
