Ron 给出了三种情况
Based on 必须修饰一个名词
1)       Based on xxx, sub + verb  (based on修饰subject)
2)       Sub+ verb +object +based on xxx ( based on 修饰object)
3)       Noun is/was/are/were based on xxx （based on 修饰的是noun）

那个A中的it可以只一句话吗， it不是只能指代一个名词么。
based on 应该不可以跳过那么长去修饰吧，你可以用插入语。把based on 放中间，离修饰词越近越好。
