我个人的理解，不知道对不对
has provided时态错误，同时last year位置改变，修饰整个句子，使得整个句子发生的时间都在last year，而原句知识表达了彗星的分解发生在去年而已，原句意思改变。

同意，E的last year和has provided不一直, 应该是过去时。
