答案选D，题目不难，我不理解的是题目的开头 in a blow to those中those指代的是后面哪个名称的copy
而且D选项中后面的名词都是单数，没有可以被those指代的啊。

这里those不指代后面任何名词，这里是那些人的意思，而still harboring the illusion that E-mail exchanges are private作为定语解释了是哪些人。
