看prep2007笔记第一部分72题的补充说明，你的答案是正确的，确实选C
因为prove是gmat语法中的一个例外，并且多次被证明了。prove自带be动词，在任何情况前面都有be动词。这里相当于：was demonstrated and （was）proved
