校友星巴克面试，非常非常nice，一直是肯定和鼓励的语气，而且始终保持笑容，有利于面试者的发挥。

问题：
Talk about yourself out of the resume
what's your career path and why MBA, why Ross
What do you want to do post MBA?
Strength and weakness of leadership
show leadership in the cross-function team
What attract you to Ross
Make a pitch me the interviewer, why I should recommend you to Ross?

询问一下北京的童鞋们，今天的group exercises进行得如何了？有什么updates吗？具体的形式是如何的？
