针对OG13里的题目，在问一道哈!

这道题选B是没有什么问题的，只是对OG中D的解释有些疑问。
OG中的解释是：
"Since the event clearly happend in the past, the tense of verb 'are' is wrong; piling too many descriptive words for...makes the phrase unwieldy and awkward."
Ok, then. 我的问题主要是关于前半部分的解释。我排除D选项，是先看到一个Included in....are...的一个倒装结构，之后去看are后面跟着的主语"circling the globe faster than..."，显然是一个单数的成分。因此，根据主谓一致将are改成了is.
而根据OG中的解释，are是因为时态问题才排除的！而且说是因为这个exploit是clearly发生在过去，所以不能用一般现在时。可是我很想知道这样一种表达， Making the electric light bulb is included in Edison's top ten inventions.（虽然这个表达也有点奇怪）是不是在时态上也有问题呢？就是因为Making是发生在过去的，所以这边一定是要用"was"?

OG错了应该是改成is

CD里的人都怎么了？走火入魔了么…还有人说OG错了。难道一句话有几个错误，人家og指出一个错误排除之不行啊！！！感觉cd已经自我良好到高于GMAC出题机构了
