I studied Pathobiology (life science) in university with no finance background. I finished studying level 1 CFA in about 2 months (and passed all sections >70%). So I think you will have no problem writing the June exam. -- by 会员 lindalibinbin (2013/2/12 0:10:08)
If only took 2 months. how many hours did you do per week? -- by 会员 xiaocd163 (2013/2/12 2:05:41)
I was working full time, so around 3 hours daily maybe? Oh, and before the exam I took two weeks off studying full time. I depends on your quant skill, but if you are going to MBA this fall, I'd assume you are reasonably good with numbers. Also, I didn't read the curriculum, it's way too detailed and lengthy. I recommend using the Schweser notes (including secret sauce) exclusively. -- by 会员 lindalibinbin (2013/2/12 3:56:52)
CFA suggested 300 hours for level 3, I cannot remember for level 1. But maybe at least 200 hours with no financial background. |
