答案是E，我选的是B，因为个人认为E当中them 有可能会指代patients产生歧义，不知道我这个理解是不是有问题？

我觉得b错在require的用法
require that 虚拟
require sb to do
b这两种用法都不符合

b中them的位置的确比E好。但是b有语法错，e 的话根据句意可能不会有很大的歧义

同意ls的require用法

regulation屬於法律範疇，用v-ing表示法律內容較that-clause簡潔。

題目使用的是disclose something to somebody的結構，注意這題的something較長，所以爲了避免頭重腳輕，把something移到後面，使用disclose to somebody something。這是D優於B的另一個原因。

pronoun ambiguity不是絕對的法則，Ron神說過G題里有很多有pronoun ambiguity問題的，所以建議優先考慮其他absolute rules;)
