天哪，楼上几位真牛X，这么细小的区别都看得出。。。那我想问下，B中relationship of sb and sb 的表达方式可以吗？还是说一定要relationship with sb?

还有while 用的话变成capitalize修饰consortium ，错了，应该修饰的是 united states

我一直觉得是修饰consortium啊。
越来越混乱了，那若是captalize是修饰united states,这句话怎么翻译呢？

个人理解
relationship不应该接of，一般都是讲“和...的关系” ，也就是with~
再者就是while，作为“同时”一般有个转折对比之类的意思，放在这里句意上有点awkward了~语感~
