lz思考vehicles跟什麽比較？唯一可能的是pollutant，但邏輯錯誤。

E的意思完全说不通啊。这句话的大概意思是说国际机场的机动车污染物是芝加哥所有机动车的2倍。twice 和compared to 都是比较的意思，在这里重复了吧。意思说不通。因为twice后面那个已经是比较的内容了，再compared to就是再下一个了。

LZ应该先考虑一下句子逻辑意思，然后再仔细看选项，不然真的会像这样错的没谱。
