我想问的是荧光部分, 作何结构, 作何解释? as such 不常见到, 是such as 的倒装?

如果说an abridgment of the right of contract 是作declared的宾语的话, 那么句子结构就是declare unconstitutional...and an abridgment , 这样的话 为何还要加as such, 难道是作强调?

不过还是觉得as such在这里挺别扭的, 直接that it was a form of price fixing and
        an abridgment of the right of contract 不就完了么, 干吗非要加个as such 呢. 唉

弱问一句，D选项的被动语态虽然别扭了点，但是到底哪里不对呢？？？？

是因为后面ruling that...这一分词作伴随状语的结构的逻辑主语与前面主句的主语逻辑上不一致么？

ruling that。。。不可以看做是修饰逗号前面Supreme Court的么？
