113. The following is a recommendation from the personnel director to the president of Acme Publishing Company.
"Many other companies have recently stated that having their employees take the Easy Read Speed-Reading Course has greatly improved productivity. Obviously, the faster you can read, the more information you can absorb in a single workday. Moreover, the author still never gives any explain about whether every one take the Easy Read Speed-Reading Course could get a promotion.

If we rethink about these questions, it seems that asking employees to take part in Easy Read Speed-Reading Course may not be a smart idea.
What is more, even though the course is indeed helpful, should the company ask all the employees to take part in Easy Read Speed-Reading Course?Actually, the company has different kind of employees, and not all of them have a work related to reading ability.For example, it is no use to ask the cleaner of the company to take Easy Read Speed-Reading Course. Moreover, some manager may have to take care of the company almost everyday. These people are so busy that they have no time to take the Easy Read Speed-Reading Course. And if they take the course, it is hard for the company to find a suitable person to do their work. For these reasons, asking all the employees to take part in Easy Read Speed-Reading Course seems unnecessary and sometimes impossible.
To sum up, though the Easy Read Speed-Reading Course seems to be a nice course, we should ask whether to ask all the employees to take part in it is a good idea. Special conditions about both the course and the company should be taken into our consideration.
