LZ已经分析了句子结构
Researchers have found thatindividuals 【who】 have been blind from birth, 【andwho】 thus have never seen anyone gesture, nevertheless make hand motions when speaking just as frequently and in virtually the same way as sighted people do, and thatthey willgesture even when conversing with another blind person.
and who 是与前面的who并列定语从句，修饰individuals，found that individuals...and that they...是句子大平行：两个宾语从句的平行,they指代individuals

如果选E的话，and thus never having在and前面没有与之并列的成分，nevertheless to make使得found的宾语从句that后面缺少谓语，句子残缺
