Answer from the admission office:
The timeline for receiving an interview request will depend on the volume of applications received and, therefore, it is difficult to predict when this will occur. We do not have a set percentage of applicants that will make it to the interview process as this will depend on factors such as the number of applicants, the caliber of applicants, the size of the class, and the program to which you have applied.
The international students application process is as follows:
Stage 1. Submit an online application
Stage 2. Successful international applicants will receive an email requesting a LikeLive interview to be submitted. This is to assess English speaking skills. Do not read from a script as this will not help your application. Be sure to speak candidly in response to the questions without memorizing or reading full scripts (notes are ok). It is easy for the admissions reviewer to see when you are reading or have memorized your answers and they may assume that you are not strong in your English abilities as a result.
Stage 3. Successful applicants will receive an email invitation to interview by Skype.
Stage 4. Applicants will be notified on or before the notification date as to whether they are admitted to the program. |
