支持A， E出现了they, 不可取，并列主语要省略。

啊难道我是看错了....GWD-21-Q6 答案是E 但是我一开始也选A 求NN讲解，今晚就考了

lz的题目写错了，E选项cousin后面是分号，如果是逗号的话就是run-on句，如果这样的话，那E比A好，照逻辑意思，因为A的often green and striped修饰cousins逻辑不太对
