奉劝一句，不要去记“主动优于被动”！做题要根据语义，尤其是“原句”（A选项）来做，如果原句的意思和语法都没有问题，那么就选A。这是SC的基本步骤。
如果你选E，那么后面的as well as跟谁平行，是the creating，还是the local artisans' creative energy？

1. account for 标准的意思：supply or make up a specified amount or proportion of ...；意思是 A构成了B（的多少）。那么creating images怎么能构成创新能量呢？应该是“占用/消耗（take/consume）”创新能量啊。
2. as well as construction and decoration本来是与creating并列的，但却紧跟着creative energy，看上去是和后者并列。大忌！
