     对于答案D，E的选择，我看了半分钟，才选了E

     我记得mindfree的语法总结里有这么一句话：

     当出现两难选择，按照逻辑意思来判断。读懂这个句子的话，肯定是用while，而不是with

     至于has的问题，我觉得这里用完成时态表示到说话时候为止，并没有什么错误

     从这里可以看出，好多语法知识运用不要绝对（比如这里的时态），记住用逻辑意思这个主线来解题目，辅以语法

并且，即便不深究这个。 我无法说服自己e这个 时态不对 这个明显错误。

并且mindfee 不是ETS ，且他的意思也应该不是这个意思。

      我是从意思上排除的D，再看E时候，觉得时态没问题，就过去了

       我的想法是：降价是一个过程，是一段时间内发生的，不是一个时间点发生的，用完成时态

       但这里用过去时态，我觉得也可接受

        所以还是那句话，选项是比较出来的

从简洁的角度来看E比D要简洁顺畅许多。而且with仅仅有伴随的意思，没有尽管的意思。

我翻遍了语法书，也没有找到哪个可以解释这里用现在完成时的。除非将in the last year改成in this year，或者since last year。
