Colleges or Universities should offer a better job preparation before they start working.
After graduated from High school, many of us choose Specialize College
or University to spend next three or four year. That is crucial for us to form the mature vision of the society and to prepare for the next mission in our life – Working.
When we first enter the class of university, there are many classmates from different parts of the country and maybe also can find some International exchange students in the campus. That is the initial picture in your mind. Different with the high school and your life before, since then you will spend all your time with your classmates and adapt different regional cultural difference as soon as possible. It seems like you enter a new job environment. You will have certain colleagues and they own certain backgrounds and personalities. The Experience in your university life will assist you to accommodate the job scene more quickly than you imagine. Here is an instance about my life. When I enter my class, my classmates came from 17 provinces(total 39 person in my class) with different background. After several days, we get familiar with each other. Now I am working in Hotel be an assistant guest service manager. Everyday I maybe see a lot of guests from various parts of the world. I get treat them very well rely on my experience that I have been stay with my classmates before.
Besides the different personality and background adaptation, another important preparation is that the college or university drive you fulfill with your specialize knowledge by the ample educational resource, such as a nice professor, a fantastic library and so on. The huge difference between the High school education and University education is the knowledge in the class not the basic knowledge but the specialization in your interesting industry. My major is the hospitality in my university, during that four year, I deep sank in my daily class including Human resource in Hotel, Marketing, Service Culture, Custom consume behavior and so on. After I graduated, the great scores in daily task make me find a good job in a 5 star hotel. I must appreciate the entire course allow me work efficiently and professionally.
Rely on the personality and academic aspect, I sum up that the college and university will a good preparation of start working. That’s why many youths keen on a university life and many parents want to put their children to the university.
