C里面brightening和knocking是伴随结构，根据CD的那本书，伴随结构的主语论元是主句主语，那么这样的话它的主语论元不应该是an expanding cloud，为什么解释说它修饰的是storm？我哪里理解出错了

是结果状语，修饰a cloud triggered，作为a cloud triggered a storm的结果
