Something from Manhatton forum: in other words: if 4 of the choices in a SC problem are WRONG, then it doesn't matter whether the 1 correct choice changes the meaning. in this problem, 4 of the choices are WRONG. (a) is redundant (provisions ... provide), and (c) (d) (e) contain grammatical/usage errors. since (b) is the only choice that is grammatically sound, it really makes no difference whether its meaning is exactly the same as that of the original. -- by 会员 小呆呆 (2012/8/19 16:03:57)
