GWD-8-Q16 的B有两个问题：
1.时态错了，用现在完成时感觉好像这个动作现在还在延续，可是既然是1876 and 1904，就说明动作已经结束
2.between 1876 and 1904应该紧跟 the construction，不然会有歧义（感觉好像修饰three separate sewer systems ）

the remainder of后面应该是接increase而不是which，it什么的。这样只剩BC。B前半部分太混乱，所以是C

那50种被大量宣传的药的销售量的增加解释了差不多一半的药物开销的增加，那么剩下的一半是来自于什么什么我总觉得该是个完整的句子啊好歹得有个CAME FROM什么的它弄一个什么ING的表伴随吗总觉得头重脚轻

反正1876和1940还有OF 什么SYSTEM的
这些都是修饰THE CONSTRUCTION的谁放哪又有什么关系啊?

那50种被大量宣传的药的销售量的增加解释了差不多一半的药物开销的增加，那么剩下的一半是来自于什么什么我总觉得该是个完整的句子啊好歹得有个CAME FROM什么的它弄一个什么ING的表伴随吗总觉得头重脚轻
