(2)   由文中now 可知，文章应该用虚拟语气would have to 比较的合适，

(3)   but I think that using economic is much better than using economical, because the “economical” means frugal.

如果是那样的话，就没有正确的答案，也许只有最优的答案，那样的话，就选(E)???晕！
