Some people prefer to work for a large company. others prefer to work for a small company. prefer which.
After the Chinese economic reform , lots of large companies come out. Graduates often face the dilemma of whether to enter big company or small company. with all aspects carefully considered, I think to enter the small company would be a better choice.
Firstly, Compared with big company, small company has less employees , so workers will face the less competence in their work. the less competence can relief pressure of the people. For example, my uncle , which worked in a small company, is a department manger of a large company now in my town, he said that his staffs usually have to take the exams which are set by company .As a manger, my uncle also feels much pressure from work.
secondly, small company has the great atmosphere . if you work together with them , you will find that they are so friendly . additionally, staffs like to help recruit . For example, if you are a freshman and do the first-day work in the company , mates around you will tend to help you finish some hard work,even though you can finish that by yourself.
Thirdly, you will have thebetter environment to “grow up” in the small company . as we know, small company can give employees more freedom to do the work, workers can try to do different kinds of work in small companyrather than just do one thing in large company. for example , when I did my part-time work in a small company , the manger did not rule me so much, and I can do many things I like , such as seller, consulter and so on.
Large companies , certainly, have their own merits. People can also choose a large company. large companies have huge buildings and pay high salary . However , for me ,I do not want to get a job which is full of the stresses , even though I cannot earn the high salary. Furthermore, I want to have a good relationship with the staff around me.
