正确的句子：According to a panel of health officials,there has been a great deal of confusion in the medical profession about whether obesity is a biological disorder posing serious health risks or a condition more ralated to appearance than to health.

这里的more……than……结构是不是不平行
不是在more……than……结构中的平行 实义动词不能随便省略吗，
（ a condition more ralated to appearance than related to health）
如果是（ a condition more ralated to appearance than health）对吗？

这里的related可不是实意动词，而是一个分词，作后置定语修饰condition的。

不行，句意會改變。
原句是，該情況跟外表的關係比跟健康的關係更密切。
後句變成，該情況與外表的關係比健康與外表的關係更密切。

補出介詞to是為了讓比較後項能夠清楚地與前句的to appearance平行相比。
