答案是C，可是我觉得D项也对，OG 关于D项的解释是：The use of the definite article the makes it seem as though the energy being referred to
in this part of the sentence is that of France.

in Germany 会造成修饰歧义。修饰了 nuclear power. 其实应该修饰的是 energy.
D 的意思是 33%的能源来自德国的核电 ---- 和前面连起来看似乎是在说法国 33%的能源来自德国的核电。
但这句话重点是突出对比。
其实应该是说德国 33%的能源来自核电。
如果 in Germany 放在 energy 后面就和逗号前的句式严格一致了。

标注颜色的the，是一个定冠词。定冠词也就意味着，其修饰的名词，是一个特定的对象，这个对象是特指的，一般是在前句中提到过的那个事物。
在这道题里，the energy就只带了前面提到过的the energy produced in France。

所以，D选项就改变了原句的意思和逻辑。作者本来的意思是：75%的法国能源来自于核电，相比之下核电在德国能源的占有的比例仅为33%

而D选项则变成了：75%的法国能源来自于核电，而（法国的）这些能源中33%是来自于德国产生的核电。
