We have two full time positions open at the mechatronics department of ABB
Corporate Research Center China. Both positions are located in Shanghai,
China.

Position 1: Research Engineer - Mechatronics Modeling and Simulation

? PhD in mechanical engineering is preferred, or MSc with at least
three year of work experience in the field of mechatronics and/or robotics
? Solid background in mechatronics systems, specialized in
modeling and simulation
? Knowledge of mechanical components

Position 2: Research Engineer - Mechatronics Control

?PhD in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering is
preferred, or MSc with at least three year of work experience in the field
of mechatronics and/or robotics
?Solid background in industrial control theory and its application
, with knowledge of modeling, simulation, signal processing and diagnostics,
etc.
?Hands-on experience in development of control systems for
mechatronics applications, including but not limited to robots, PLCs, motors
, etc.
