modifier should be placed as close as what it modifies(-they are often green...)肯定是修饰 red supermarket cousins，而不是the previous year-->排除AC
D：原句表达转折关系： although heirlooms appear less appetizing, heirlooms are more flavorful 本选项没有表达出来，需要添加conjunction
