求助OG12th 33题 which用法

这道题的B选项，which修饰的是prices还是computer chips？OG给出的解释是修饰了prices，但是which不是修饰最近的名词么？
那么在GMAT中，which修饰的到底是什么？谢谢！！！

the reference of which is ambiguous here.
Besides this problem, it has a more serious problem. which here shouldddd refer to "prices", thus there is a agreement issue
is----are

OG may be just mention a more serious problem.

到底which修饰离它最近的名词这条定律是不是正确的，我觉得OG中许多题目的which貌似并不是指离其最近的NOUN！
