Many thanks Frank. That's actually my pain right now. I love my current consulting job, touching all exciting area - banking, high-tech and related business - but don't have to squeeze so much on myself(or so to say, can still be a pure person). On the other side, I also would like to adventure the challenging IBanking secret world. The only uncertainty is I'm not sure if I would love it so much as I do for consulting. Personally I believe I'm an open and challenge-aholic person though. Guess I need to search bit more and make my mind before rashing into other questions. Thanks again. -- by 会员 mylittlesecret (2012/5/28 18:52:29)
Good point. But think of it this way too – you don't necessarily HAVE TO do the job you will present as your goal to the AdCom. You can, of course. But plenty of folks end up doing something entirely different than what they thought. The thing to think about when preparing your essays is: do these goals make sense? And then you would try and make links with whatever goal you are going for. So if you want to go for banking, you would emphasize the banking part of things.
